Our 10th annual 2023 Thumpin' 5K and 1 mile fun run/walk was our best year yet!  We had a record number of runners/walkers as well as our highest sponsor participation ever!  Our 5K is our main fundraising event each year and provides a significant amount of our operating budget.  By participating, you not only get to enjoy a fun 5K or mile walk, but you are truly helping save lives!  We couldn't continue our life saving mission without the community's support!  Thank you!!

11th Annual Thumpin' 5K Trail Run/Walk and 1 mile fun walk

Where: Luling, Texas 
Address:  1285 South Magnolia
Date: Saturday, June 22th, 2024 (the Saturday before the Luling Watermelon Thump)
Time: 7:30 AM (plan to be a little early, especially if you are unfamiliar with the area, as we plan to start the race promptly at 7:30 AM)
Fee: $35.00 19 yrs & over, $20.00 18 yrs & under for 5k.  $25 for 19 yrs & over and $20 for 18 yrs & under 1 mile participants.
(All participants registered by June 5th are guaranteed a T-shirt.  Packet pick up start at 6:45 on race day).
Course Description:  This 5K course will consist of 3 laps around Zedler park. This course is not paved, but the trail will be graded.
Awards: 5K Medals will be awarded to the 1st & 2nd Men & Women in these categories: 14 & under, 15 - 24, 25 - 34, 35 - 44, 45 - 54, 55 - 64, 65 and over
